Current Commitments
HVFF has received Letters of Conditional Commitment from Consortium Member Tenants for 100% utilization of its total square footage. This 100% capacity translates to 35 million chipsets per month. In turn, the Consortium Member Tenants have more than 50 offtake arrangements currently in place. Additional lines are being planned presently.

Job Creation
HVFF’s commitments translate to an estimated more than 2,200 permanent jobs to be created initially at HVFF between HVFF itself and its Consortium Member tenants. HVFF shall be a fully “union shop” and in addition to standard organized labor benefits, HVFF shall be offering each full-time employee transportation assistance, childcare benefits, and ongoing education/training benefits. We have received 14 letters of support from Hudson Valley Unions.
