Mr. Woods is the Chairman and Co-Founder of rePlant Hemp Advisors, a pioneering impact venture capital fund focused on the US Industrial Hemp industry for food and fiber. With a vision to invest $500 million in this sector by 2030, rePlant Hemp Advisors is at the forefront of promoting sustainable and impactful agricultural practices.

In addition to his roles at Woods Capital and rePlant Hemp Advisors, Mr. Woods serves as the President of Clearbrook Global, an institutional asset manager with $10 billion in assets under management and advisement. Clearbrook Global specializes in Outsourced CIO services, Alternative Product Solutions for Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds, and Global Advisory Investment Banking Services. Mr. Woods is responsible for enhancing and optimizing the firm's operational, governance, and administrative models while driving capital-raising activities for its alternative product business. CEO & COO, Big Sun Holdings - January 2020 – August 2022

Mr. Woods was also the CEO and COO of U.S.-based Big Sun Holdings, which owns Black Buffalo 3D Corporation, Flash Labs Corporation, Big Sun Modular, and Big Sun Development. Previously a member of the HN, Inc. family of companies, Big Sun Holdings is dedicated to pioneering advancements in various sectors. Mr. Woods oversees all aspects of business modeling, product and service creation, personnel and team creation, operational optimization, pipeline expansion, and global coordination of all partners, vendors, clients, and government and regulatory agencies. Under his leadership, Black Buffalo 3D Corporation has become one of the largest 3D construction printing businesses globally within three years and created the first and only globally approved and regulated 3D concrete material for the industry. He has expanded Black Buffalo into a global conglomerate, including an internal financing arm, modular construction businesses, and international building and supply companies. Mr. Woods created and developed the first quantitative ETF asset manager and financial product distribution company in the U.S. and established a comprehensive ETF rating service for XTF’s website. He transformed a web-based, three-product SMA strategy into a suite of 20 low-cost ETF product solutions for retail distribution, which resulted in an increase in AUM from $2M to over $300M in a 12-month period.
